There’s no such thing as replacing your car audio on a whim. So if you are here, the only explanation is your original E88 sound system has failed you hard. As luck would have it, our Alpha One Speaker Upgrade and Alpha One Amplifier will make it up to you.

Expect to be blown away by crystal clear highs and lows, smooth, natural mids and most importantly, DSP tuning tailored specifically for your BMW E88 chassis and your musical preferences. Prior to sending out your 1 Series amp, we always seek to pre-load it with a custom DSP tuning file constructed on the basis of songs you enjoy listening to and how you like to play them. Covering these points already brings us closer to meeting your audio needs.

Importantly, before you pick your upgrade you should check which factory stereo option your 1 Series has. The amount of speakers and the presence of an amp will be different in Base, than in Hi-Fi (S676A), Top-HiFi (S677A) or Harman Kardon (S688A). You can look up which one of these is yours by decoding your VIN.

The install should also be rather intuitive, as it’s a fully plug & play project where all you have to do is disconnect and take out the stock E88 BMW speakers / amplifier, and replace them with our kit. Plus, if you feel like going back to your previous settings, you’re absolutely free to do so since everything is entirely reversible.
